Imagine a new energy world where people think their power comes from batteries first and not the grid.
Privately owned electric generation continues to grow rapidly but storage remains beyond their budgets.
Renewable energy and electric demand vary widely, but not at the same time. Batteries are the key to making renewable energy work well and cost less.
Instead of spending thousands to buy your own battery, imagine spending just a few dollars a month to be a co-owner of a community battery.
The starting point is to build several large-scale community batteries that can be owned and operated by both private and public sectors to demonstrate and prove the concept.
We are creating weekly MeetUp groups to introduce and nurture Energy Bank development. The first group is in Chattanooga Tennessee USA and it meets Wednesday evenings at 7:00 pm EST (-5 UTC). We are limited to 100 attendees and you are welcome to join. Please complete the RSVP form below
